Penn State Hershey Medical Center (May 2013- June 2013)

Interned with neurosurgeons. Sat-in on numerous surgeries and procedures. Gained much experience in the neurological field. Saw many outpatients with various neurological disorders and conditions.

 

Global Works Fiji Trip (June 2012- August 2012)

Traveled to Fiji for a summer to conduct community service to work in a third-world village. Taught English at a local school, built a kindergarten in the village from scratch, and painted the village church. Lived with a host family in the village who spoke very little English. Experienced a new culture and way of life while also helping those less fortunate.

 

 

Harrisburg Academy (1997-2013)
Accumulative GPA of 3.70. Awarded the head of school scroll award three years in a row. Completed over 240 hours of community service work throughout high school. Awarded honors for the National French Exam. 
 
Pennsylvania State University (2013-2017)
Majoring in Psychology with a specialization in neuroscience. Cummulative GPA of 3.57.

Highschool 

Captain of the varsity tennis, basketball, and soccer teams. Awarded MVP for basketball and soccer junoir and senior years. Two-year Mid Penn champion in tennis. PIAA District III Runner-up in tennis. 1000-point scorer, all-time leading steals, fifth all-time in rebounds, second all-time in assists, fourth all-time in blocks and second all-time leading point scorer for the high school basketball team. Quiz bowl member. Member of the newspaper committee. Can read, write, and speak French at a proficient level.

 

College

Rules and Regulations committee member for THON 2014. Brother of Beta Sigma Beta Fraternity. Member of the club basketball team.
